When you send an online invoice after setting up the payment gateway, a Pay Now button will appear on your invoices. That allows your customers to pay instantly using their PayPal account.

So once a client has paid you can choose how often payments will be deposited into your bank account. If you want them to transfer daily or weekly, then you set that up. The payments will be in the account and showing up on your daily statement feeds for quick and easy reconciliation. No more manual feeds!
