Bookkeeping Apps that Make Life Easier!

As with everything in life it seems, there are apps that you can hook up to your Bookkeeping software. These apps make your accounting life easier, quicker and less complicated. There is a myriad of options available and we work with quite a few. We wanted to bring you our list of the best ones with a brief explanation of why.

Our first choice of Bookkeeping apps that work with Xero is, Receipt Bank. And the reasons we love this are:

Seems odd to suggest that by spending money you can save it, right? But with something like Receipt Bank, you really can. Because it is so quick and easy to upload the receipts it can save a whole heap of time and therefore money!.

Whether it is for one-off payments or complex recurring payments you can find a great solution for you. Again, the nature of this payment solution will save you time and money.

ServiceM8 – A terrific tool for businesses that are out on the road, ideal for Tradies whether small or large! It allows you to take control from the client’s first call. It will lead you through to scheduling, quoting, job completion, invoicing and payment.

TSheets – Provides employers with a smarter team, time and project tracking opportunity that employees will love. You can Schedule, track and manage your team and projects in one place. You will save so much time and effort you will wonder how you ever managed without it!

Stripe – They bring together everything that’s required to build websites and apps that accept payments and send payouts. Stripe’s products allow payments for online and in-person retailers. If you have a subscription business, have a software platform or marketplaces then Stripe is worth checking out.

Cliniko – Cliniko is a management system specifically made to help you manage your clinics. It also works beautifully for allied health practitioners. You can also enjoy the freedom of providing quality care online. Cliniko’s has developed a feature for video consultations.

Paypal – probably the best online payment gateway. Most people have heard of it at least and many have experienced it. Whether you have bought from your local Chamber of Commerce or from eBay, there are many businesses now with a PayPal payment option. They make it easy to integrate and even novices have the ability to set it up.
